 1. WHAT Reactine Levocabastine AND WHAT IT IS USED

Reactine Levocabastine belongs to the group of medicines called anti-allergic agents. It is indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis such as tearing, itching, and redness of the eyes.


 2. BEFORE YOU USE Reactine Levocabastine

Do not use Reactine Levocabastine

If you are allergic to levocabastine, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Take special care with Reactine Levocabastine

Before using this medicine, consult your doctor if you have kidney disease, since
the medicine is eliminated primarily by the kidney.
As with any ophthalmic preparations containing benzalkonium chloride, while being treated with Reactine levocabastine, should not be used soft contact lenses (hydrophilic) ..

Using other medicines

 3. HOW TO USE Reactine Levocabastine

Follow these instructions unless your doctor gave you different advice.
The usual dose is:

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1 drop in each eye 2 times a day (every 12 hours). If symptom relief not maintained for 12 hours, the number of applications can be increased up to 3 or 4 times a day (every 6 or 8 hours) as needed.
Not exceed the number of 4 drops in each eye a day (24 hours).

Use in children:

Do not use this medicine in children under 12 years.

How to use:

This medication is used topically (in the eye). Shake well before using.
With freshly washed hands the package is opened ensuring that the cap and dropper not touch anything.
With his head tilted back, gently pull down the lower eyelid, squeeze the bottle carefully to pour 1 drop into the eye as she looks up. Try blinking to spread the drop across the eye.
