What Frenasal Plus is and what it is used for
Frenasal Plus nasal spray solution contains xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline hydrochloride causes rapid contraction of the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa and reduces inflammation of the nasal mucosa. Dexpanthenol is a derivative of the vitamin pantothenic acid, which promotes healing and protects the nasal mucosa.
Frenasal Plus is used for the local and temporary relief of nasal congestion and nasal mucosal conditions that involve inflammation and / or small wounds, with or without crusting in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
