Aquilea Sueño 1,95 mg

Aquilea Sueño is formulated in bilayer tablets so that its ingredients are released as needed:
- 1st layer: Melatonin. Quick release layer. Melatonin is a substance that our body produces naturally that has a fundamental role in the initiation of sleep.
- 2nd layer: Extracts of Valerian, Passionflower and California Poppy. Extended release layer overnight. They provide restful sleep throughout the night.
Thanks to the Bilayer Compact technology, a 50% smaller tablet size has been achieved to make it easier to swallow.

POSOLOGY
Take 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime.
