How to take Apiretal 325 mg orodispersible tablets

Apiretal 325 mg orodispersible tablets are administered orally.
apiretal 325 mg orodispersible tablets is indicated from 19 kg.
The recommended daily dose of paracetamol depends on the weight and is approximately 60 mg / kg / day, which is divided into 4 or 6 doses, that is, 15 mg / kg every 6 hours, or 10 mg / kg every 4 hours.
- In children weighing between 20 and 26 kg (from 6 to 10 years old) the dose is 1 tablet per dose, repeating if necessary after 4 hours, up to a maximum of 4 tablets per day.
- In children weighing between 27 and 39 kg (from 8 to 13 years old) the dose is 1 or 2 tablets per dose, repeating if necessary after 6 hours, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
- In children weighing more than 40 kg (from 12 to 15 years old) the dose is 1-2 tablets per dose, repeating if necessary after 4 hours, up to a maximum of 9 tablets per day.

The administration of the preparation is subject to the appearance of painful or feverish symptoms. As these disappear, this medication should be discontinued.
