What Rinobanedif is and what it is used for
It is a nasal ointment that contains two antibiotics (bacitracin and neomycin) as active ingredients, a corticosteroid, prednisolone (anti-inflammatory), phenylephrine (nasal decongestant), chlorobutanol (antiseptic) and two components with flavoring properties (eucalyptus oil and niauli essence) ; When applied to the nasal mucosa, Rinobanedif provides antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictive activity.

Rinobanedif is indicated for the local treatment of conditions of the nasal mucosa that occur with congestion, inflammation (such as some symptoms of rhinitis) and / or small wounds, with or without crusting, in adults and children over 6 years of age.

How to use Rinobanedif
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended dose is:
Adults and children over 6 years: Make 1 to 3 applications a day.
The average duration of the treatment will be 5 days.

Use in children
Do not administer to children under 6 years of age.

Instructions for the correct use of the ointment
Opening the tube and how to use: To open the tube, unscrew the cap-cannula assembly and remove the lock washer. Reposition the cannula, screwing it all the way down, to pierce the aluminum seal on the tube.
Apply a small amount of Rinobanedif to both nostrils, ensuring an even distribution of the ointment, for which a light external massage is convenient.
After application, wipe the end of the tube with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use the container by more than one person.

You should consult your doctor if it worsens or does not improve after 7 days of treatment.

If you use more Rinobanedif than you should
Given the form of administration, poisoning is very difficult.
In case of overdose, the effects that may occur would be mainly local irritation, and in the event of sufficient absorption of phenylephrine, the appearance of cardiovascular disorders (cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension).
In the case of accidental ingestion, a container, there would be gastric irritation and there should not be, in principle, cardiovascular disorders.
Treatment, in case of overdose or accidental ingestion, should include control of blood pressure and electrocardiogram. In addition, in case of ingestion (greater than or equal to one container), vomiting will be caused or gastric lavage will be carried out and a mucosa protector will be administered.

If you forget to use Rinobanedif
Do not use a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
