What Zincation Plus Shampoo is and what it is used for
It is a medicinal shampoo that contains zinc pyrithione and coal tar as active ingredients, which help to reduce excessive flaking of the scalp.

It is indicated in: Symptomatic local relief of scaly disorders of the scalp, such as: seborrheic dermatitis (rash with inflammation and scaling), psoriasis (reddish scaly condition), dandruff and itching.
Zincation Plus Shampoo is indicated in adults from 14 years.

How to use Zincation Plus Shampoo
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended dose is:
Apply to the scalp 1 or 2 times a week. Use for 2 to 3 weeks to check effectiveness and then it can be used once a week or every 15 days, or more widely.
Cutaneous use. Exclusively on the scalp.
Shake the container well before use.
Moisten the hair well and apply the shampoo in sufficient quantity to produce abundant lather. Massage gently with the fingertips on the scalp. Rinse well with water. Repeat the application and leave to act for a few minutes. Rinse very well again.

If symptoms do not improve or worsen after 7-15 days of treatment, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

If you use more Zincation Plus Shampoo than you should
Excessive application for prolonged periods does not lead to faster or better results and can instead cause adverse effects.
Accidental ingestion could cause nausea and vomiting.
In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, immediately consult your doctor or pharmacist, or go to a medical center or call the Toxicology Information Service, Telephone 91 562 04 20, indicating the medicine and the amount ingested.
