What Canespie Bifonazol is and what it is used for
This medicine belongs to a group of medicines called antifungals (medicines used to treat infections caused by fungi and yeasts).
It is indicated for the treatment of "athlete's foot" (superficial infection of the skin caused by fungi and located between the folds of the toes) in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.
The main symptoms of athlete's foot are: itching, redness (erythema), cracks between the toes, peeling and can lead to inflammation or pustules. It only appears on the feet. It usually starts between the toes, but can also extend to the sole and sides of the feet.
You should see a doctor if it worsens or does not improve after 7 days.
How to use Canespie Bifonazol
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended dose is:
Adults and adolescents from 12 years:
1 application on the affected area 1 time a day, preferably before bed. The duration of treatment is 3 weeks.
If after 7 days of use you do not see an improvement in your symptoms, consult your doctor.
This medicine is administered cutaneously.
Apply a sufficient amount of cream to completely cover the affected area, with special attention between the folds of the toes, and rub until completely absorbed. It is recommended to wash hands after each application.
Container with applicator
For the container with a built-in applicator, follow the instructions below:
Before applying the cream, clean and dry your feet well, especially between the toes.
Remove the applicator cap.
To open the tube, rotate the applicator base in the ON direction.
Press the tube until the cream comes out.
Apply and spread a thin layer of cream on the affected area of the foot, and / or between the toes. Gently rub with the help of the soft part of the applicator and let dry.
To close the tube, turn the applicator base OFF.
Clean the external part of the applicator with a damp tissue, making sure that there are no traces of cream. Do not remove the soft part of the applicator. Do not use detergents or chemicals to clean the applicator.
