1. WHAT HIDRATHEA AND WHAT IT IS USED
Hidrathea is presented in a pack containing 10 ml of eye drops without preservative. Each package contains 10 ml and has a dropper provided with a 0.2 micron membrane filter for dispensing the product.
Hidrathea is a solution that moistens, lubricates and hydrates the ocular surface.
Hidrathea is indicated to relieve skin irritation caused by dry eye. The absence of preservative in the product allows use with contact lenses on.
2. BEFORE YOU USE HIDRATHEA
Do not use Hidrathea if hypersensitivity to some components of the formula.
Take special care with Hidrathea
Hidrathea is in the form of eye drops and should be used topically. Do not inject or ingest. Wash hands thoroughly before proceeding with the application.
Avoid contact of the dropper with fingers and the surface of the eye or any other to prevent microbial contamination of the eye.

Using other medicines
The effectiveness of eye drops can be altered to simultaneously use other eye drops. In this case, waiting 10 minutes between the first and second instillation.

There is an incompatibility between Hidrathea and silver salts.
3. HOW TO USE HIDRATHEA
Follow these instructions unless your doctor gave you different advice.
The dose is one drop of the solution inside the lower lid of the affected eye 3 to 4 times a day and to 8 times a day if necessary due to ocular discomfort caused by deficiency of tears.
The application should be performed at regular intervals throughout the day according to the patient's needs.
Hidrathea container incorporates a new technology, called ABAK® system for sterile unpreserved product supply.
As a general precaution every package of eye drops, eye drops application should be done with maximum neatness avoiding any contact of the dropper with fingers and the surface of the eye or any other.
Wash hands thoroughly before proceeding with the application. Check that the seal on the packaging is intact.
Open the container by unscrewing the cap.
Instill one drop in the eye looking up and pulling the lid down. The time of onset of gout is higher than a classic container of eye drops.

Due to the characteristics of this preparation, intended to be administered topically, are not expected phenomena of intoxication.

Do not use a double dose to make up for missed doses. Use a normal dose and apply the next one as the pattern that has established.
4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Hidrathea Like all medicines can have side effects.
As is the case with most medicines, some people may experience side effects. In this case, you may see a slight itching that is usually temporary.

5. HOW TO STORE HIDRATHEA
Hidrathea Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
This medicine should not be used after the expiration date printed on the package. Do not use Hidrathea after 8 weeks of the first opening.
