HOW TO TAKE IT?
Recommended daily dose for adults and children from 12 years: 1 tablet of Redoxon Extra Defensas per day dissolved in a glass of water, preferably in the morning with breakfast.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
People with kidney problems should not consume more than 200mg of Vitamin C daily.
