What Ibustick is and what it is used for
Ibuprofen, the active ingredient in this medication, acts as a local pain reliever and anti-inflammatory.
This medication is indicated in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age for the relief of pain and mild and occasional inflammation caused by: small bruises, blows, strains (muscle tugs), torticollis (pain and stiff neck) or other contractures , low back pain (lower back pain) and minor sprains caused by a sprain.
How to use Ibustick.
Follow the instructions given below exactly, unless your doctor has given you different ones. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have doubts.
This medicine is for cutaneous use (only for application to the skin)
The recommended dose is:
Adults and children over 12 years: apply a thin layer of the product to the painful area 3 to 4 times a day and massage lightly with the roll-on applicator to facilitate penetration.
Wash your hands after each application. Do not use more than 7 days in a row.
If symptoms worsen or persist after 7 days of treatment, or irritation or redness of the area occurs, you should consult a doctor.
If you use more Ibustick than you should:
Due to its external use, poisoning is unlikely to occur. However, if you have used this medicine more than you should, or in case of accidental ingestion, immediately go to a medical center or call the Toxicological Information Service (Tel: 915620420), indicating the medicine and the amount ingested, since it can occur: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, drowsiness, vertigo, spasms (cramps) and low blood pressure.
